Hello
Technology changes exponentially, while businesses change logarithmically. I am dedicated to bridging this gap through bringing innovation to life, practically.

Armed with twenty years of global experience, I operate as a management consultant, board advisor, private investor, and coach. Reach out if you want to discuss a collaboration.
My Story
I first got into technology by accident: I was 5 when I broke my parents' VCR trying to put Disney's Robin Hood tape in it (I told you, it was an accident).

By 12, I was hooked. Getting my first PC and discovering the Internet in the late 1990s was mind-blowing. Setting up my first website and connecting with strangers all over the world from a sleepy town in the south of Italy made me realize I wanted to build my career around tech when I grew up.

Living in Puglia, right at the bottom of the heel of the Italian boot, taught me to be resourceful and creative. That is truly the most beautiful place on earth, but nothing comes easy there, and I had to learn the value of hard work early on.

I earned my high school certificate in humanities a couple of years ahead of my peers by school merit. Then, I went from studying Latin, ancient Greek, and Philosophy to advanced algorithms, abstract algebra, and computer networks, obtaining my MSc in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Padua (Galileo Galiley taught there, iykyk).

After working for large, medium, small, and start-up consultancies advising some of the most prestigious organizations in the world, today, I serve as a Partner at the management consulting arm of a US$ 70 Bn+ global tech giant, helping large enterprises navigate their business and technology transformations. In my two decades working across Europe, Asia, the USA, and Australia, I have learned that trust and integrity are the cornerstones of strong business relationships.
I take a hands-on, collaborative approach with my clients, focusing on transparency and building long-term partnerships, using my diverse global experience to develop solutions that are effective today and sustainable for tomorrow.

Right now, I am genuinely excited about AI's potential. While many focus too heavily on the technical side, understanding the business implications and knowing where to apply AI will matter for reaping its benefits. Through experimentation and some risk-taking, organizations will be able to evolve, rather than be disrupted, using the true innovation that comes from thoughtfully integrating AI into their existing frameworks.

I live in Sydney (Australia) with my wife Kristie, daughter Aurora, and beloved dog Tank. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking Italian food, playing football (some mistakenly call it soccer), reading a bit of everything, and writing books and newsletters.

Send me a message, I would love to connect with you.
